Totally agree, the early days of immigration can indeed be challenging, but they are also incredibly exciting. I’ve had the privilege of crossing paths with remarkable individuals, each with their unique stories and backgrounds. I met some of my first clients at the conversation club at Simsbury Library. This club, designed to unite people through the shared language and cultural experience, has been an invaluable part of my journey. It helped me refine my language skills and facilitate meaningful connections with others on their journeys of integration and discovery.

It is so sweet and funny how they call me. Some call me Sweetlana, some just Sweet; that’s where Sweet-Touch or Svetlana-Touch comes from. I love it! I love each of them so much. My approach to working with clients is deeply rooted in personalization. I recognize that each client has unique needs and aspirations for real estate, and my commitment is to tailor my services to fit those individual requirements precisely. Part of this personalized approach involves offering recommendations and guidance beyond the scope of traditional real estate transactions. I take pride in connecting my clients with trusted mortgage companies, experienced attorneys, and reliable contractors. I kickstart my day with exercise, my daily energy booster. It’s my morning vitamin, revitalizing my body and mind and setting a positive tone for the hours ahead.

Q: How do you manage to strike a balance between work and personal time?

Fortunately, my supportive husband understands and accepts my weekend work commitments. Additionally, I’m part of an excellent team of colleagues who can assist with showings when I’m unavailable. This support network ensures I can provide dedicated service to my clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Q: Given your love for the arts, do you incorporate artistic activities into your daily routine?

While it’s not a part of my daily routine, I’ve had the privilege of assisting my artist friend in organizing art shows in New York and Vienna. Additionally, I’m an avid museum-goer and art show enthusiast, frequently immersing myself in visual art. Beyond appreciation, I also have a passion for art collection, further deepening my connection to the art world.

Q: What’s your go-to dinner after a long day of house showings and client meetings?

Q: How about physical activities? What’s your favorite way to stay active?

Cardio sessions on the treadmill and yoga. I’m also fond of outdoor activities like biking and hiking, and while I might need to improve at pickleball, I enjoy the game nonetheless. It’s all about staying active and finding joy in different forms of physical activity.

Q: How do you typically unwind in the evenings to ensure you’re refreshed for the next day?

I enjoy taking walks, playing the piano to unwind, and experimenting in the kitchen to prepare a delightful dinner. Meeting up with friends is always a cherished pastime, offering the warmth of connection. Alternatively, I find solace in the pages of a good book or the captivating world of movies when I seek relaxation and entertainment.

My daughters, always and forever! I am a fortunate mother.
