A Must-Attend Entrepreneurial Event in Farmington, Keeping the Doors Open
This May 14th, 2024, the Farmington Library will host an essential gathering for local entrepreneurs and business enthusiasts. “Keeping the Doors Open,” a panel discussion featuring local entrepreneurs, including myself, aims to inspire and educate attendees on navigating the challenges and seizing opportunities in the business world for Farmington Valley.
Joining me on the panel will be Guljan Nurmuadova, the visionary behind Wholeness Acupuncture, and Shawniel Chamanlal, the driving force at Healing Springs Wellness Center. Together, we will share our diverse experiences and insights into what it takes to thrive.
At the “Keeping the Doors Open” event, I’ll share the story behind She.Work and why I felt compelled to start it. Creating it was really about giving back and connecting with other women. I wanted to build a platform that supports women entrepreneurs wholeheartedly and transparently. It’s a project born from my desire to help and to make a difference where it’s needed most. I did this while looking for my dream job. It’s not just my work but the effort of an amazing group of people who’ve supported this vision. I’ve been lucky to have mentors and great friends who all want to see women succeed in business. So clearly, it became not just mine but many other women’s social responsibility project. At the panel, I’ll talk about how this support network has been key to the fast growth of She.Work.
When women come together to support each other, incredible things can happen. We grow faster and stronger, not just in our businesses or projects but as a community. That is why joining us on May 14th is important because we must support each other.
