The Entreprenista League, a preeminent membership community championing ambitious, entrepreneurial women, is thrilled to declare the commencement of applications for its highly anticipated second annual Entreprenista 100 Awards. The distinguished awards will again be presented by Chase Ink, spotlighting the remarkable accomplishments of 100 women business owners from diverse industries.
Co-founder of Entreprenista, Stephanie Cartin, enthused, “Each day within The Entreprenista League, we celebrate the achievements of brilliant leaders, innovators, and visionaries. With The Entreprenista 100 Awards, we aim to extend this recognition and provide dynamic, forward-thinking founders with the exposure they need to make a tangible impact in their businesses. Although 40% of businesses in the United States are women-owned, the majority of funding, recognition, and resources remain elusive. We are committed to changing this narrative.”
The application window for the awards officially opened at 9 a.m. EST today and will remain open until Wednesday, November 22nd, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Winners will garner national recognition across Entreprenista.com, Entreprenista’s extensive social media and email platforms, and through the expansive network of its partners and over 1,500 Entreprenista League members. The prestigious title of “The Entreprenista of the Year” will be bestowed upon one top winner, accompanied by a $5,000 grant to reinvest in their business. Additionally, five outstanding winners will receive an exclusive Entreprenista grand prize package.
Founders are encouraged to nominate themselves by visiting Entreprenista.com/100. Marketing and PR professionals and other team members are also eligible to apply on behalf of their company’s founder.
In a bid to extend recognition to as many deserving women business owners and entrepreneurs as possible, nominees are not required to be current members of The Entreprenista League.
In addition to selecting the core 2023 Entreprenista 100, a distinguished panel of business luminaries will collaborate with Entreprenista to honor one exceptional founder in each of the following five premier award categories:
- Entreprenista of the Year – a role model who excels in all criteria areas.
- Innovator of the Year – a forward-thinking founder with unparalleled ingenuity.
- Changemaker of the Year – a trailblazer using their platform and influence for a positive impact.
- Community Builder of the Year – a super-connector fostering and empowering a community.
- Uplifter of the Year – a leader devoted to nurturing the success and well-being of other women.
The esteemed panel of judges includes industry stalwarts such as Stephanie Cartin and Courtney Spritzer, co-founders of Entreprenista and Socialfly, as well as other accomplished entrepreneurs like Divya Gugnani, Michelle Cordeiro Grant, Dana Pollack, Alexandra Cristin, Sarah Potempa, Anouck Gotlib, Alli Webb, Kendra Bracken-Ferguson, Arion Long, Sarah Lee, and Carrie Kerpen.
The grand revelation of the 100 winners for 2023 is scheduled for early February 2024, accompanied by comprehensive details about the Entreprenista Founders Weekend—a three-day experience focused on the success, prosperity, and well-being of female founders. Founders Weekend is slated for May 3-5, 2024, at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando, FL.
