With the state’s Department of Public Health, Board of Examiners for Nursing (CT BOEN) giving its nod of approval, the university is set to welcome its inaugural cohort of LPN students in May 2024. Graduates will be well-prepared for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN) and can pursue careers in diverse settings like hospitals, nursing homes, private clinics, and rehabilitation centers. The program will be accessible at Goodwin’s East Hartford campus and the University of Bridgeport campus, enhancing its reach and impact.
